During the arrival transfer at Istanbul Airport (IST) our representative will be waiting for you at your exit at gate number 8 with a sign with “EURORIENTE TRAVEL” or your name. If you arrive at Istanbul Airport (SAW on the Asian side) our representative will be waiting for you at your exit crossing the pedestrian crossing between column 9 and column 10 with the sign “EURORIENTE TRAVEL”. During the arrival transfer, in case you are unable to meet our representative due to high traffic at the airport, delay in baggage collection or other problems, you must contact us at the 24/7 emergency number: +90 539 657 5098 WhatsApp/call, so that we can facilitate your meeting.

Airport/hotel/airport transfers are provided by local staff and are therefore not guaranteed in English (arrival and departure transfers or transfers for flights included in your tour). For any problems or needs, please contact your English-speaking assistant or the emergency number. The team will be happy to assist you.


Contacts and tour information:

The day before your arrival in Istanbul, a local representative will contact you via WhatsApp to give you details about your arrival and schedule a meeting in the hotel lobby, where you will be informed of general travel recommendations, confirmed times for visits, the name of your guide(s) and any questions or concerns. The assistant will send you the information about schedules and order of visits via WhatsApp. If you do not receive any communication, please contact us via the emergency number.


Important notes:

If the arrival/departure flight details are not sent within 15 days of the start of the tour, the airport/hotel/airport transfer services will not be guaranteed.

The order of the itinerary may be changed, without prior notice, for climatic or operational reasons, always maintaining the same content of the program, including changes in the order of visits for operational reasons, location of hotels, opening and closing times of monuments or cultural sites.

The departure of the tour to Ankara is always on Mondays and Thursdays, the order of the nights in Istanbul may be changed by having them pre/or post tour depending on the day of your arrival in Istanbul.

The internal air sections included in our tours have a luggage limit of 15 kg/person (the cost derived from excess luggage must be assumed directly by the clients at the time of checking in with the airline). If necessary, the passenger may leave luggage at the hotel on the circuit as long as they return to the same hotel (variable cost depending on the hotel assumed by the passenger). Please check with the assistant your return hotel.

The final hotels (of those indicated) will be informed about 10 days before departure. Euroriente Travel will not accept change of hotel once the passenger/s are at their destination.

If you need help with your room, contact the hotel reception so that they can resolve the problem as soon as possible. If necessary, contact your assistant at the destination. As a general rule, the third bed in triple rooms will not be the same size and comfort.

For group departures on the tour that are before the opening hours of the restaurant at your hotel, breakfast will be a takeaway in a breakfast box.

If you want to book optional excursions to complete your trip with the best experiences, your assistant will inform you and you can purchase them through them.

The hiring of optional activities outside of Euroriente Travel is not permitted on our tours, resulting in the loss of services already contracted.

Due to the high population density and traffic in the city of Istanbul, delays in airport transfers and pick-ups for tours may occur. We ask for your understanding and patience. In case of need or urgency, contact your assistant and/or 24/7 emergencies: +90 539 657 5098 WhatsApp/call.

Euroriente Travel will not be responsible for any objects or material goods lost or forgotten by the passenger during the tour, nor will it be responsible in the event of deterioration or damage to objects or material goods.

The services provided by Euroriente Travel are land-based (including, if the tour indicates it, the air/Ferry/cruise section operated by the corresponding scheduled line companies). They begin at the moment the client receives the first scheduled service from our company (always after border and customs formalities) and end at the moment the client receives the last scheduled service (transfer, breakfast or whatever is applicable according to the package purchased). Euroriente Travel is not responsible for the consequences or circumstances arising from services not provided by our company (air problems, damage or loss of luggage on flights, problems at customs/border or documentation).


Instructions:

You must arrive at the lobby punctually at the time confirmed by the assistant for the departure of the tour, and be alert to be able to meet your guide. If you do not meet your guide, please urgently contact your assistant or emergency number. You are on a tour accompanied by a Spanish-speaking guide, the guide will be with the group during the tour and will be your main point of contact. When you are in Istanbul, you may have different guides depending on the day of the visit. Once we leave Istanbul for Ankara (inland circuit), you will have the same guide for the rest of the trip.

For pick-ups on the mornings of visits in Istanbul, our team of guides/assistants are Spanish and English speaking, they are organized and distributed according to the location of the hotels, so you will be picked up by one of them and taken to the meeting point in the historical area, where your Spanish-speaking guide will meet you and the rest of the entire group to begin the visits. In this way we minimize the travel time from your hotel to the starting point of the activity.

Aéreos y otros transportes:

  • Los aéreos de sistema, o sea, dinámicos, deberán abonarse en su totalidad para poder ser emitidos, más allá de la fecha de pago que indica la plataforma, cuando vas a reservar. 
  • Las tarifas aéreas son finales e incluyen todos los impuestos. 
  • Todos los boletos aéreos dinámicos incluyen seguro Flight Plus, un seguro de cancelación por causa extendida. 
  • Ciertas compañías como ITA , Air Europa, y otras, sobre todo del sudeste asiático y África no incluyen además usd 30 en concepto de fee de emisión. Otras como Spirit Airlines son a requerir por lo que deberá consultar previamente con un vendedor para reconfirmar el precio. Spirit Airlines no permite adicionar servicios pagados una vez emitida la reserva (asientos, equipaje, etc)
  • Los aéreos ida y vuelta pero reservados como OW, se emiten por separado y cada tramo es independiente del otro, como así también las políticas de las compañías que intervienen en cada tramo. 
  • Por lo general los boletos aéreos son no reembolsables. En caso de reprogramación si correspondiera, hay que consultar en cada caso las penalidades y diferencia de tarifa si la hubiera. Esto depende de la política de cada compañía aérea y de las características del boleto aéreo reservado.
  • Algunas tarifas aéreas como es el caso de la Basic o Classic Economy de Aviancason a requerir, es decir, que no son de confirmación inmediata. En caso, de no encontrar los mismos vuelos reservados y tarifa, se dará una alternativa similar a efectos de mantener el precio.
  • La agencia no se responsabiliza por errores u omisiones en nombres, apellidos, fechas de nacimiento, números de documento ni ningún dato cargado al momento de tomar una reserva en este sitio Online.
  • Los tickets de trenes y ferrys pueden entregarse hasta 24 hs antes de la fecha de salida del pasajero, esto dependerá de la política de cada proveedor.

Hotelería:

  • La habitación triple o cuádruple, como así las reservas con menores, en la mayoría de los destinos (salvo se indique lo contrario en el tipo de habitación), corresponde a 1 habitación doble, por lo que la cama adicional está sujeta a disponibilidad del hotel y no se asegura.
  • Las tarifas no reembolsables de hoteles, no admiten devoluciones, una vez reservadas, en caso de cancelación, incurre en el 100% de gastos.

Circuitos

  • Los precios de los proveedores de circuitos como, Special Tours, City Tours, Wamos, Euroriente, Panamericana, VPT, entre otros, no incluyen 3% correspondientes a Iva y gastos administrativos, salvo excepciones que en ese caso se indicará que el precio es final. En el caso de Europamundo es del 2%.
  • Los itinerarios de los circuitos están sujetos a modificaciones tratando siempre de respetar la cantidad de días y los destinos previstos en los posible.
  • El listado de hoteles previstos en los circuitos es preliminar, y el definitivo se confirma días antes de la salida, pudiendo variar incluso la categoría ofrecida,

Traslados, autos y excursiones

  • Leer bien los detalles de los traslados y su tiempo de espera, sobre todo cuando los Tickets aéreos tienen el equipaje incluido a efectos que el servicio no genere inconvenientes y sea considerado No Show por lo que no habrá devolución del dinero en caso de que el servicio no se haya podido realizar. 
  • En caso de alquiler de autos, tomar nota que si el pasajero no se presenta en el horario seleccionado al tomar la reserva, la misma puede ser considerada NO SHOW y no habrá posibilidad de devolución de dinero. Algunos servicios como GPS, cadenas para autos en caso de nevadas, asiento para bebés, etc, no están incluidos en el precio. Tener presente que al final de su estancia si pasó por lugares de peajes, este puede ser cobrado al final, en muchos destinos. 
  • En el caso de las excursiones y alquileres de autos el horario de pick up y drop off y el horario de inicio de la excursión debe ser cumplido, excepto que el proveedor indique lo contrario.

Promociones especiales
